The Training Library is your central hub for all your courses: assigned, self-enrollment, external links, and programs. Track your progress, sort by relevance, and quickly find what you need with search and filters.

The Training Library is your one-stop access point for all your courses. Everything is in one place:

  • Assigned courses, with availability dates and due dates

  • Self-enrollment courses

  • External links shared by your organization

  • Training programs

It's more than a catalog, it lets you track your progress, sort by relevance, and quickly search or filter to find exactly what you need.


βš™οΈ How to use the Training Library

πŸ–±οΈ Access your courses:

Click "Trainings" in the side menu. Your courses appear as cards.

πŸ”Ž Search for a course:

Use the search bar at the top. Results update instantly as you type.

πŸ—‚οΈ Filter your courses:

Click "Filters" to narrow down your selection:

  • Session type: Assigned / Self-enrollment

  • Content type: Course / Program

  • Progress: Not started / In progress / Completed

  • Assignment status: Upcoming / Available / Expired

Active filters appear below the search bar. Click the X on any filter to remove it.

β€‹πŸ“Š Sort by priority:

By default, your courses are sorted by relevance, in the following order:

  • Recently viewed

  • Active assignments

  • Assignments with no end date

  • Overdue assignments

  • Catalog courses

You can also switch to sorting by last activity if you prefer.

πŸ‘€ Impersonation mode

Feature exclusive to admins and coaches.

Select a learner to see the Training Library exactly as they do. This has no impact on their data.

  1. Click on "Administrator filters"

  2. A side panel opens, you can then select the space, group or learner concerned


ℹ️ Good to know

  • The Trainings page replaces the Catalog page. Any existing links will redirect automatically.

  • Your course content stays exactly the same. Only the interface has changed.

  • Authors who don't have a learner role won't have access to the Trainings page.

  • The "Assigned courses" and "In progress" sections stay in sync at all times.
