📊 How to See Your Didask AI Usage Statistics

The Didask AI dashboard provides real-time statistics on adoption: messages sent, conversations, and active users. Analyze trends, identify your ambassadors, and adjust support to reinforce user engagement.

Tracking usage statistics allows you to measure the adoption of Didask AI within your organization and identify the most active users. This data helps you evaluate the success of the rollout and optimize how you support your teams.

📖 Access to the dashboard

The statistics are available in the Didask AI section > Statistics tab.

- The data is updated in real time, giving you an immediate overview of activity.

- The statistics cover the use of both the learning assistant and the coach.

🔑 Key performance indicators (KPIs)

The dashboard shows you three essential metrics:

Messages sent

  • Meaning: overall volume of interactions with Didask AI

Conversations

  • Meaning: number of exchange sessions (several messages may take place in the same conversation)

Active collaborators

  • Meaning: Number of unique users who have interacted with Didask AI

👉 Time frame analysis

Trend graph

The graph showing messages sent allows you to:

  • View usage trends over the selected period

  • Identify peaks in activity (major training sessions, communication campaigns)

  • Detect drops in engagement requiring corrective action

Filtering by period

  • Available options: “Since the beginning,” “Last 7 days,” “Last month,” or a custom period with start and end dates

  • Tip: Use short periods (week/month) to analyze recent trends, and long periods to measure overall trends

Detailed user view

For each active employee, you can see:

  • Last activity: date and time of last interaction

  • Number of conversations: number of chat sessions initiated

  • Messages sent: total volume of interactions

👉 User profile type identification

This view allows you to identify:

  • Super-users: employees who use the tool intensively (to identify your ambassadors)

  • Casual users: people with the potential to increase usage

  • Non-users: people who have access but do not use the tool

  • Exported data: messages sent and list of users with their statistics

  • Usage: in-depth analysis in your reporting tools or presentation to teams
