Knowing the topics most frequently asked about by your employees allows you to optimize your training and documentation strategy. This analysis helps you prioritize your efforts and anticipate your teams' needs.

📊 Access to the knowledge ranking

The most-used knowledge ranking is visible by clicking the Knowledge Ranking button in the Conversations tab of the Didask AI menu in the vertical navigation bar on the left.




This opens the Most used knowledge side panel. This ranking is updated in real time based on user activity.

Popularity metrics

For each piece of knowledge, you can view:

  • Usage score: Total number of times this resource has been requested

  • Resource title: Course, document, or specific content

  • Direct access: Link to view or edit the content

The ranking reveals:
