Welcome to your training platform! Follow this simple guide to access your learning space, whether you're reconnecting or logging in for the first time.
✅ 1. First login to the platform

🔗 Click on the invitation link
You have received an invitation email from Didask. If not, check your spam folder. The email comes from: [email protected].
🔒 Create a password
Once on the account creation page, set your personal password to secure access to your account.
🚀 Log in
Your account is now ready! To log in, simply enter your email address and the password you just created.
🔄 2. Reconnecting to the platform
Once your account is activated, you can log in again at any time:
🌐 Go to the login page
Head to the Didask login page (the link was provided by your training organization or company).
👤 Enter your credentials
Type in the email address and password you used during your first login.
🔓 Click on “Sign in”
Confirm to access your dashboard and resume your training.
❓ Forgot your password?
No worries! Use the “Password forgotten?” option on the login page to reset it.
💡 If your platform uses access code login, you can simply enter your code and log in 👇
💡 If your platform uses SSO login, you can simply click on “Connect with SSO” 👇
💡 There is no mobile app available for now. However, our platform is fully responsive, and you can access your training via your mobile browser.
