You can organize your training modules into chapters.

🤔 When should you use chapters?

↪️ As soon as your course includes 5 modules or more.

A block of more than 5 modules can be overwhelming for your learners. By breaking it down into smaller units, you turn a long learning journey into a series of easy steps.

🛠️ How to create new chapters

1️⃣ Go to the project where you want to add chapters.

⚠️ Note: A single chapter will not be visible to learners.

2️⃣ From the "Contents" tab, click on "Add a chapter":

3️⃣ Choose a chapter title:

4️⃣ If you wish to add another chapter, you can click the "Add a chapter" button again to add as many chapters as you need.

👉 If needed, you can also edit the chapter title and replace it with the term of your choice:

🗂️ You can also reorganize your chapters. To do so, simply click on the three small dots to the right of your chapter, then click the "Move" button ➡️ and drag and drop the chapters into the desired order.

How to delete a chapter

1️⃣ Go to the chapter page and click on the three small dots in the top right corner.

2️⃣ Choose whether you want to:

  • Delete the chapter and its modules

  • Or delete the chapter and move its modules to another chapter
