📢 In this interactive image exercise, learners are required to explore different areas of an image to receive feedback. You can choose from five different types of exercises.
💡 When to use it?
The interactive image exercise is particularly useful for training learners on software, tools, or equipment usage, as well as assessing their ability to perform technical tasks.
It can also be a great way to break down concepts or practices interactively. For example, you might have a learner practicing first aid identify key actions in response to an accident by clicking on various areas of an image.
⚠️ Note: This exercise type cannot be used for placement tests or final assessments.
🛠 How does it work?
1/ Add the Exercise: In your Studio, add an exercise granule and select the "Interactive Image" exercise type.
2/ Write the Question: Enter your question and any additional instructions you may want to provide.
3/ Upload the Image: Upload the image that will serve as the basis for your exercise. Then, select clickable areas on the image. For each selected area, indicate whether it is a correct or incorrect response.
💡 Tip: You can designate more than one correct answer.
4/ Write Feedback: Provide feedback for each clickable area.
5/ Enhance Your Exercise: As with any exercise granule, you can add a key message, flashcards, and micro-challenges, as well as configure the display settings.
6/ Preview the Exercise: Preview the exercise from the learner’s perspective.
➡️ When learners start the exercise, they must first click on the image to begin.
➡️They will then need to click on all the correct areas to proceed to the next step.
