🔍 What is it?
Vertical navigation is the new navigation system for the Didask platform. It replaces the old horizontal navigation bar with a modern, collapsible sidebar. ✨
This new navigation offers:
A clearer organization of all sections of the platform
Faster access to features (Coach, Studio, Catalog, Administration, etc.)
A collapsible design to optimize screen space
An optimized mobile experience
Where it appears: The sidebar is available on the left side of your screen by default.
🛠️ How does it work?
🔹 For all users
Step 1: Access navigation
The vertical sidebar is displayed by default on the left side of your screen.
Step 2: Navigate between sections
Click on a section (e.g., Coach, Studio, Catalog) to access it.
Step 3: Collapse the sidebar
Click the collapse button (left arrow) at the top of the sidebar to hide it and maximize your workspace.
Step 4: Expand the sidebar
If the bar is minimized, click on the menu button:
...at the top left of the screen to display it again.
🔹 On mobile
On mobile devices, the navigation appears as an overlay when you tap the menu button.
💡 Good to know
No setup required: The new navigation is enabled by default for all users
Preferences saved: Your collapse preference is saved during your session
All links work: All your bookmarks and direct links continue to work as normal.
Available on mobile: Navigation is optimized for mobile devices.
No migration required: No action is required on your part.
