🆕 Send emails to learners directly from the publication statistics 📬
Facilitators and administrators now have a more direct way to communicate with learners.
From the "Statistics" page of a publication, you can now send an email to learners in one click.
Previously, this section only allowed you to send invitations.
Now, you can:
Select one or more learners from the list
Write a personalized message
Send it immediately, without using another tool
Allow the learner to reach their profile in a single click
This update aims to make pedagogical follow-up easier and improve communication with participants, enabling quick responses based on the data in your analytics.
🆕 Generate an Activity Report Directly from a User Profile 📑
It is now possible to generate an activity report directly from a user’s profile, making the process quicker and more intuitive.
🔍 What’s new:
Within the user profile, all actions related to publications are now grouped in a clear and simplified menu.
A new action is now available: “Generate activity report”
When you click this option, a pop-up window opens with:
The user already selected
The corresponding publication pre-filled
You are taken straight to the date range selection step
✅ Once the report is generated:
You will receive a platform notification and a confirmation email
A confirmation message will also appear on the screen
🆕 Project Generation: Improved “Restructure the course” Mode 🦾
Until now, selecting the “Restructure the course” option during course generation sometimes produced results very similar to “Use the document’s structure”.
🛠️ This has now been fixed!
👉 When choosing “Restructure the course”, the LLM can now generate a completely new course structure, independently from the source document’s structure.
Keywords: activity reports, user profile, learner statistics, learner data
Take full advantage of these improvements for an even smoother experience in creating and managing your learning content on the Didask platform! 🌟
