💡 What is it and why should you use it?
Didask’s Pedagogical AI is a virtual assistant that helps you create two types of learning content:
Exercise learning units,
Memory flashcards
⌛️ Before AI: Creating a well-crafted case study with plausible options and personalized feedback could take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour in 2022.
After AI: In 2023, the time required has been reduced to just 5-10 minutes, combining AI-generated content with instructional designer edits.

🛠 How Does Automatic Case Study Generation Work?
1️⃣ Generate a Learning Unit: In your Studio, create your desired learning unit by defining the objective (including the relevant error and expected change).
2️⃣Choose the Exercise Type: Select the type of exercise you want (Multiple Choice, Categorize, Order) and click Add.
3️⃣ Generate a Proposal: Click on "Generate a Proposal."
4️⃣ Wait for AI: The AI will generate an initial proposal in just a few seconds.
The AI gathers information based on your pedagogical objective, and organizes it coherently to present a complete case study!
5️⃣ Generate Multiple Proposals: Create 2 or 3 suggestions instead of just one.
The AI uses the information from your learning objectives to generate creative and varied proposals.
🎯How to choose the best suggestion? Consider how much editing will be needed to improve the AI’s initial proposal:
"Which suggestion can I edit the fastest?"
"Which suggestion will challenge the learner the most?"
Feel free to combine elements from multiple suggestions to craft the most relevant case study. Draw in your creativity to design the most relevant practical case!
6️⃣ Finalize in the Editor: Use one of the suggestions, which will automatically be transformed into an interactive case study in your Editor.
🤔 Does the AI Only Suggest Exercises with 3 Options?
Yes, but you can rely on this set of information to design various exercises:
If the 3 suggestions are good: consider manually passing this simple exercise levelling (e.g. a ranking in 2 true levels),
If the 3 suggestions are good: imagine for example suggestions in order of relevance (1/ Best answer, 2/ worse answer, 3/ bad answer) in an exercise ofordering. Does the exercise seem even more relevant to you? You could be positively surprised!
💡 Unsatisfied with the suggestions from your virtual assistant?
Don’t hesitate to change your pedagogical goal to help the AI better understand what is at stake for your learner. Help it in order to help you!
Be specific to avoid off-topics: to talk about management in company, a "manager" will be more accurate than a "leader" that could apply to other situations.
Be contextual : AI does not know the context of your situations. It’s better to say, "When a salesperson faces a difficult customer, they hesitate to leave room for silence" rather than "the salesperson hesitates to leave silence."
Be (slightly more) talkative : the more information you provide, the better the AI can assist you. Think of it like adding important keywords, similar to when you perform a search in a browser.
Define actions clearly: write objectives that illustrate actions or decisions the learner must or must not take.
🛠 How Does Automatic Flashcard Generation Work?
In the Editor, simply write the key message that concludes your learning unit. This is the most important concept to remember, and it’s what your virtual assistant will use to suggest a question.
With one click, you’ll generate a memory recall activity that will be automatically formatted at the end of your module or learning path.
