When working on learning units (granules), instructional designers can add comments to each text block using our intuitive granule editor.

Review comments are designed to simplify communication and collaboration among your team members, even when discussing specific details of a learning unit. Say goodbye to scattered conversations—everything is centralized within the granule editor.
Each comment is directly linked to the relevant text block, ensuring clear traceability of feedback and suggested changes.

Avoid time-consuming back-and-forth by centralizing comments within the granule editor. This approach allows for immediate understanding of feedback and the necessary actions to be taken.
🛠 How Does It Work?
1️⃣ Adding Comments
In the granule editor, simply click on the comment icon (a small speech bubble) to start writing your comment on the relevant text block.
2️⃣ Assigning Comments to Team Members
After writing your comment, you can assign it to another instructional designer by selecting their name from the dropdown list.
The selected person will receive an instant notification with a direct link to the granule and the specific comment.
3️⃣ Managing Comments
Once you’ve addressed a comment and no longer need to see it, hover over it and a small checkmark will appear. Clicking on it indicates that the comment has been resolved.
⚠️ Please note that this action will permanently remove the comment.
