❓ What is learner feedback?

💡 Learner feedback gives a voice to those being trained by allowing them to evaluate activities. It provides you, as the designer, with granular insights into what formats are effective or not, supporting a continuous improvement approach.

You can enable learner feedback on all activities: exercise granules and information granules.

🔧 Setting up learner feedback

Step 1: In the editor options for each granule

  • You can choose to enable or disable feedback for each granule. Feedback is disabled by default. Click the toggle button to activate it.

Step 2: Feedback has been activated for the granule!

Step 3: In the learner view, feedback is visible at the end of the recap screen for the granule!

  • Learners can then easily evaluate your granule by clicking on "I learned something" or "I already knew this."

Step 4: Repeat this process for all granules where you want to gather learner opinions.

📊 In the statistics

You can retrieve the trend and associated percentages for each granule in the "Learning Feedback" column.
