💡 To be used, this feature must first be added by the administrators/designers of your training.

In a learning journey, understanding a concept is the first step… but applying it in real life is where it really matters. That’s exactly the goal of micro-challenges: to give you opportunities to put into practice the notions covered during training, in your professional or personal daily life.

🔍 What is a micro-challenge?

A micro-challenge is a small, concrete action to complete after a training module.
It’s a short, simple, and targeted task designed to help you:

  • actively experiment with what you just learned,

  • strengthen your understanding in a real-life context,

  • and anchor your learning over time.

It’s a bridge between theory and practice, turning knowledge into know-how.

🛠 How does it work?

  1. Selecting micro-challenges

At the end of some modules, you’ll have the option to choose one or several proposed micro-challenges. These actions are directly linked to the content you just studied.

Example: after a module on interpersonal communication, a micro-challenge could be “Try using active reformulation in your next team meeting.”

  2. Finding your micro-challenges

Once selected, your micro-challenges appear in the Everyday practice section of your personal space (dashboard).
There you’ll find a list of actions to complete, with the option to check them off once accomplished.

🧩 How is this useful?

  • Anchored learning: what you apply sticks more than what you simply read or hear.

  • ⚙️ Immediate experimentation: you put knowledge into action right away, while it’s still fresh.

  • 💡 Boost in confidence: each completed micro-challenge is proof of your progress.

  • 📈 Personalized tracking: by centralizing your challenges in your personal space, you can measure your efforts and engagement.

💡 Learner tip

Don’t wait until you “have time” to do a micro-challenge. They’re designed to be quick, accessible, and adapted to real-world situations.
Even 5 minutes of action can make lasting changes in your professional habits.

🚀 In summary

Micro-challenges are small, concrete steps toward long-lasting progress.
They help you move from being a passive learner to an active driver of your own skill development.
